WHOLESALE TERMS
Minimum Order Quantities: 5 skeins per colour and 50 skeins per order.
Online Payment: Upon reaching the checkout stage, you will have the opportunity to complete your payment using either a debit or credit card. This provides a seamless transaction process for your purchase.
Bank Transfer Payment: A 50% deposit is payable immediately at time of placing order, followed by the remaining 50% due at the end of production.
Discount: We offer 0.50p off per skein on eligible orders , ask us about additional quantity based discounts.
Lead Time: After confirmation, your order will enter the next dye slot. Typically, we have a 4-8 weeks lead time, but we strive to meet your preferred delivery date.

Choose Colours
Take time to explore our extensive colour collection, noting the specific colourways you're interested in ordering. Our selection includes more than 300 distinct colourways. If you can't find a previously ordered colour, please inform us. Additionally, we offer a custom colour creation service to help you produce your desired colourways, just get in touch with us today.

Select Bases
Once you’ve identified your desired colours, then navigate to the yarn bases section to choose the yarns you wish to purchase. During this process, you have the option to choose your preferred colours from the available variants displayed on the product page. After you've added your chosen yarn bases and colours to your cart, proceed to the checkout to finalise your order.

Review & Pay
After selecting your preferred yarn bases and colours, you are able to review your order prior to finalising the purchase. Once satisfied, make your payment and finish checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by communication from an account manager to provide estimated dispatch date and assistance for any other inquiries.
