Online Payment: Upon reaching the checkout stage, you will have the opportunity to complete your payment using either a debit or credit card. This provides a seamless transaction process for your purchase.

Bank Transfer Payment: A 50% deposit is payable immediately at time of placing order, followed by the remaining 50% due at the end of production.

Discount: We offer 0.50p off per skein on eligible orders , ask us about additional quantity based discounts.

Lead Time: After confirmation, your order will enter the next dye slot. Typically, we have a 4-8 weeks lead time, but we strive to meet your preferred delivery date.
